Commercial Painting in Metro Detroit

Offices, retail and hospitality, finished to the same standard as our homes.

The spaces where you meet customers get judged the way custom homes do, at arm's length, every day, by people deciding what your business is like. We bring the same finish-first standard to commercial work: offices, retail, restaurants and showrooms, clubhouses and common areas, painted cleanly, scheduled around your operations, and done when we said it would be done.

Client-facing space is residential-grade work

A reception desk wall, a restaurant dining room, a showroom. These surfaces are looked at as closely as any living room, by more people, under harder lighting. The cut lines, the sheen consistency, the trueness of the walls all read at conversation distance. Production commercial painting is priced for nobody looking; ours is priced for everybody looking, because in these spaces everybody does.

Scheduled around your business, not ours

Occupied commercial work happens when the business can spare the space. Evenings, weekends, or in phases that hand each area back before opening. We plan the sequence with you, protect what stays in place, and use low-odor coatings so the room does not announce itself to Monday's customers. The measure of the job is that your operation barely noticed it happening.

Durability is specified, not assumed

A corridor wall, a stair rail, a door frame in a busy suite. High-touch commercial surfaces need scrubbable, scuff-resistant systems that a residential dining room never would. We specify by traffic, not by habit: the toughest coatings where hands and carts actually go, and finer finishes where the space is meant to impress rather than endure.

One contact, a written scope, a punch walk

The same proposal discipline we bring to houses transfers directly: a written scope naming products, colors, sheens and dates, one person to call throughout, insurance certificates provided as a matter of course, and a walkthrough at the end against the scope, not a crew that vanishes when the last wall is rolled.

Common questions

What kinds of commercial spaces do you take on?

The finish-sensitive kind: offices and professional suites, retail and showrooms, restaurants, clubhouses and building common areas. Spaces where the surfaces are part of the impression the business makes. High-bay warehouse production painting is a different trade with different economics, and we will say so rather than be the wrong hire for it.

Can the work happen without shutting us down?

That is the assumption we plan from. Evening and weekend phases, areas handed back before opening, protection for everything that stays in place, and low-odor coatings so the space is usable the next morning. Your customers should learn about the repaint by noticing the walls, not the smell.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes, as a matter of routine. Every project is fully insured and the certificate goes to your landlord or property manager on request, before the work starts. A commercial painter who hesitates at that request has answered it.

You're known for custom homes. Why hire you for a business?

Because your customers judge your interior with the same eyes they judge their own homes, and we finish to the standard those eyes expect. The crossover runs the other way too: many of our commercial clients first met us in their dining room, and wanted the place where they work to hold the same line.
